Etiketle | Özet: | The present clinical case is based on applying the nursing care process as a strategy to improve patient health and prevent possible complications. the patient of this case, the necessary studies were carried out in which it was possible to observe the presence of different signs with yellowish secretion accompanied by lesions around the lips and slight bleeding, therefore a control strategy was determined that will lead to a nursing diagnosis . It is important to identify the consequences and ways to prevent them. When establishing the functional patterns, nursing and diagnostic actions were determined to implement the execution of the nursing care plan allowing a decrease in the level of pain and guaranteeing a satisfactory evolution of the patient. |
