Proceso organizacional de la empresa REGAL CORP en la ciudad de Babahoyo

This research work is based on the organizational process carried out by the REGAL CORP company, located in this city of Babahoyo; Its main objective is to analyze the internal structure of the company and thus be able to carry out an organizational control of the REGAL CORP company; With the purpose of restructuring the company itself from its own organizational process and obtaining an internal order, in this work the problematic situations of the entity will be established and the impact that has been generated by not having a mapped route to be followed to obtain the goals that are imposed at the beginning of each management plan by the heads and administrators. The method used for the development of this research is descriptive, since the work prepared has made it possible to highlight the shortcomings within the planning and execution of tasks effectively, therefore the strategies used have not allowed to face the changes that have been generated. economically as a result of the global health emergency. As an instrument for collecting data and information, the survey and interview applied to the owner of the company and employees have been used; This project is limited to the research line of financial, administrative, tax, auditing, control framed with the sub-line of companies and public and private institutions.
