In the following clinical case we present the clinical history of a patient that corresponds to the vulnerable group such as the elderly with risk factors present such as; hypertension, heart problems for which the care plan is presented through the NIC taxonomy after the physical assessment according to the functional patterns, prior to the nursing diagnosis and the assessment through the NOC taxonomy. The patient arrives at the hospital with a clinical picture of cough, tiredness, malaise, high blood pressure, high heart rate, and oxygen saturation at 78% that through treatment and doctor's instructions and assessment, diagnosis and direct nursing care The patient was stabilized. |
