| Shrnutí: | VIII. SUMMARY The present experimental work was established in the "Sabaneta" Campus, located on the Clementina - Montalvo road, belonging to Mr. Salomón Quintana Ruíz. The geographic coordinates 277438.26 UTM of longitude West and 110597.97 UTM of South latitude; with a height of 8 m.s.n.m. The zone presents a humid tropical climate, with an average annual temperature of 25.60 ° C; an annual rainfall of 1730.2 mm and relative humidity 82%. The soil has a flat topography, a loamy clay texture and regular drainage. Seeds of rice, varieties SFL-11 and INIAP 1480 Cristalino were used as seed material. The experimental design of Complete Blocks at Random was used, in factorial arrangement A x B, with 10 treatments and 3 repetitions. Factor A were the rice varieties and Factor B the Defend product in doses of 0.5; 1.0; 1.5 and 2.0 L / ha plus an absolute control. Each experimental plot consisted of dimensions of 5.0 m wide by 6.0 m long. The separation between repetitions or blocks was 1.0 m; there is no separation between the experimental plots. The total test area was 1000 m2. The evaluated variables were subjected to the analysis of variance, using the Tukey test of significance at 95% probability for comparisons of treatment means. Based on the results obtained, it was determined that applying Sulfur 800 decreased the incidence and severity of diseases associated with two rice cultivars; the highest efficacy of the product was registered using Defend at a dose of 1.5 L / ha; the agronomic characteristics such as plant height, tillers and panicles / m2, percentage of full and empty grains and weight of 1000 grains was registered applying Defend in different doses in comparison to the control treatment that did not apply the product and the highest yield of the crop and Net benefit was registered with Defend at a dose of 1.5 L / ha with 5101.0 kg / ha and $ 300.24 of net gain. |
