Organización de archivos en medios digitales y su incidencia en el teletrabajo realizado por la secretaria de la unidad educativa pueblo nuevo del cantón Babahoyo, Provincia de los Ríos

This case study focuses on determining the incidence of archiving organization in digital media in teleworking carried out by the secretary of the Pueblo Nuevo Educational Unit of the Febres Cordero Parish, belongs to Babahoyo town , Los Ríos Province, the investigation was carried out through qualitative research that allows the interpretation of the information itself that is connected with the deductive methodology that through the analysis goes from the general to the particular, which helped to determine the characteristics of the variables, recognize the respective solutions of the case, to visualize a substantial improvement in secretarial work in reference to document management through the implementation of a file in digital media, which modernizes the institution and improves the quality of care and waiting time of its users and in the administration of documents allows information processing with archiving techniques more suitable to the n information needs. In the investigation that was carried out, it was determined that the professional in charge of the secretarial area is not in accordance with his profession, which limits his development in the work of document management, since the person in charge of the secretary is the rector of this institution, who also has Academic workload, which results in a lack of time and trained human resources strictly directed to perform secretarial tasks.
