The current study shows a detailed analysis that will help us to know the knowledge of the quality of life of the collaborators of the company Resgasa All Natural of the city of Babahoyo. The results projected by the analysis show a favorable qualification in terms of the result delivered in this company, while the intrinsic quality stands out in the highest qualifications according to the knowledge of the respondents. While it is true that this gives us an analysis of how the employees think about their quality of work life, the results are not conclusive, but rather are an event to improve and for the representatives of the organization to have greater possibilities to feel better in the work they do every day. |
