La metodología de este caso de estudio abarca: I. Recolección de datos por medio de la encuesta y entrevista. II. Tabulación para obtener una visión más clara del estado de los procesos catastrales. III. Identificar el nivel de viabilidad para la implementación de un sistema informático de Gestión de procesos catastrales mediante paneles de seguimiento del GAD Municipal del cantón Babahoyo.
