總結:There are many problems faced by teachers in educational institutions on a daily basis and one of the primary ones is neglect, there are many distractions in the environment and in the products generated by technology, the maximum challenge for teachers is to attract the attention of students and to involve them in the topics of classes, which generates problems when participating in the classes, in carrying out the school tasks and in the ways of presenting them and as it is obvious all that is affected in the academic performance of the students, it is as well as, in the present research work we studied the incidence of group techniques in the academic performance of fifth year students of basic general education, For the development of this research work a non-experimental, qualitative design was used, with a modality of documentary and field study, the type of descriptive, explanatory and exploratory research, applying information collection techniques such as observation, interview, and Surveys to the authority of the campus, teachers and parents, obtaining results as they do not maintain the constant use of group techniques which does not contribute to motivate students to participate in classes, the completion of tasks and to improve the academic performance of the students, generating as an alternative proposal the creation of a guide application of particular group techniques for each need and student capacity for the students of the fifth year of basic general education.
