Estructura organizacional del medio digital El Vocero, de la ciudad de Babahoyo

The present case study consists of a qualitative analysis of the current structural organization of the digital medium El Vocero, as it has taken advantage of the communicative scenario of technology and in which it has favored the journalistic exercise; how it has improved since its creation and how it could improve a future for greater consumer satisfaction of information. The research was carried out based on the case study methodology, obtaining information from various sources, such as interviews, observations and a review of educational articles. Analyze two variables throughout the investigation, which are: (I) the organizational structure and the (II) digital medium. One of the observations of the investigation, to analyze the aspects that contemplate the plantation of the case study, the fundamental criteria, the schematization and the management of the newspaper El Vocero for the permanence of the same, within an organization. Said analysis will help the company to design improvement strategies in the application of the certification system, which favors its permanence and efficiency. In turn, provide opportunities for collaborators for a better collection of research and referral of activities presented by the media
