Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The theme "Agoraphobia and its incidence in interpersonal relationships" is a type of correlational research since it will evaluate the relationship between both variables, it was also developed through a mixed approach since it needs to quantify the use of psychometric tests such as the Anxiety Inventory Beck Scale (BAI), Bandelow Panic and Agoraphobia Scale (PAS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Traumatic Experiences Questionnaire (TQ); and applied techniques such as clinical observation, semi-structured interviews referring to the qualitative part. The presumptive diagnosis was 300.22 (F40.00) DSM-5 Agoraphobia. Among the findings, the most notable was the presence of disturbing thoughts causing avoidance behaviors, therefore, cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques were used to alleviate the symptoms. |
