The research work being done on the feasibility study for creating a resort that meets the recreational needs of the people of the parish San Juan Puebloviejo Cantón province of Los Ríos. Recreation demands presented by the population of this parish and the need for different options distraction that many tourists have, catapult people to direct their activities within the tourism development. The area has natural and cultural elements that engage the local recreation system, being important to the implementation of a resort in the San Juan Parish to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. Finally summarizes the main impacts of the project implementation and its chapters as: In the first chapter describes on what the issues of causes and existing effects in the parish San Juan are contextualization based on three levels macro was performed, meso and micro, the problem statement was developed, the general or basic problem, the sub-problems or derivatives and the delimitation of research, Justification that explains, why? the theme is chosen, Why? and who benefits, another important aspect is to be able to define and clarify the general and specific objectives for the job. In the second chapter the research background were made and detailed conclusions and recommendations of the thesis, philosophically also was based research, fundamental categories and the conceptual subordination of the two variables to define our research work was carried out, and finally the hypothesis. In the third chapter the methodology of work was developed, the focus, the mode of investigation, the level or type of research, the association of variables, the respective sampling plan collection, processing plan and methodology for analysis , and interpretation of results.
