The current economy in cities forces them to carry out a continuous updating process based on the socio-economic movement, in this case Babahoyo, which maintains an active and productive economy focused on urban commerce, for which it is important that companies implement several modalities of electronic commerce, in order to achieve the expectations desired by customers. It is of the utmost importance that companies have at their disposal an organizational work plan of competencies that in turn promotes quality management within the framework of business innovation, with this scheme the investigative analysis in the city of Babahoyo is directed. |
