Among the nursing professionals surveyed, it was highlighted that 17.8 % presented high knowledge and regular quality in making the records, while 21.4% have low knowledge and perform good quality in making the nursing records. |

La población escogida para la ejecución de esta investigación estuvo conformada por 28 profesionales de enfermería y 100 registros de enfermería establecidos en las historias clínicas durante los meses de estudio. Se implementó como técnica especifica la encuesta para aplicar el cuestionario y está a la vez conto como instrumento la recolección de información por medio de observación. Luego de la obtención de los resultados se pudo destacar que los factores institucionales son los más relacionados con la calidad de los registros de enfermería en comparación a los profesionales.
