Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The use of marijuana is a problem that occurs daily in our society mainly in young people, due to the stage of formation of their identity, so they are more vulnerable. In the present investigation, we studied the case of a 16-year-old cannabis user who presents behavioral problems where, through the techniques applied such as clinical observation, clinical history and reagents, the patient's symptoms were obtained and determined according to the International Classification of Diseases DSM 5, the similarity to CIE 10 F12.10 in the (cannabis use disorder, mild in initial or continued remission), characterized as a mild consumption disorder that has repercussion in the alteration of behavior. In which the patient was made a therapeutic plan where he received relaxation training and contingency management , where it was possible to reduce symptoms and prevent relapse and renew their quality of life. Thanks to the early intervention, he was able to treat the anguish caused by the need to consume marijuana and the insane behaviors that resulted in his problems with parents . |
