Riassunto:Tourism represents a recreational activity that helps people to leave their comfort zone, promoting freedom, having new experiences, and getting to know new tourist destinations of diverse cultures, gastronomies and landscapes. The general objective of this case study is to analyze the satisfaction of tourists with physical disabilities on the Spondylus route in Ecuador. For this case study, an exploratory research type with a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach was used. The qualitative research technique was applied in the interview and the quantitative technique through the survey, in order to know the satisfaction of tourists with physical disabilities who have enjoyed the beaches located on the Spondylus route. However, the main conclusion reached by the case study regarding the satisfaction of tourists with physical disabilities is that 53.3% rate the overall tourist experience (tourist services, beaches and general infrastructure) offered by the Spondylus route as not very satisfactory.
