Análisis de requerimientos de un sistema que permita el control de insumos agrícolas de la Hacienda La Paola del cantón Vinces

This case study consists of the determination and analysis of the necessary requirements for the development of a computer system that allows to have a control of the agricultural inputs of the 'Hacienda La Paola' of the Vinces canton, in order to improve the management of the information of the products that are stored in the warehouses of the farm. The problem of the hacienda is that it presents an inefficient control of its agricultural inputs, the administration of its warehouses is carried out manually in physical documents, which do not provide updated and accurate information on the amount of stored products. The qualitative methodology was used to have an overview of the problem present in the farm and through the techniques of observation and the interview, the collection of information on the processes that are carried out around the control of inventories was carried out. In the end, it was concluded that the system will provide great improvements in the control of its inputs, since it will have access to fast and updated information on the amount of products that are in the warehouses, likewise it will be possible to consult all the inputs and outputs of products and reports can be generated with information on the use of inputs in the farm's agricultural work.
