Currently, most of the Educational Institutions use technology to carry out academic management, using the new IT and telecommunications trends, using them in the processes of organizations in general. However, in the Caracol Educational Unit of the Babahoyo Canton some processes are carried out manually, so it has been possible to demonstrate that it is necessary to implement software that allows to control the academic activities of the institution, such as the registration of student enrollment. , because although it is true the enrollment of students is automatic through the Ministry of Education, the institution requests registration through cards to update information from period to academic period by doing it manually and in this way they get to have too much redundant information. |
