This is because when you purchase goods using the benefits of credit, there is a window of opportunity for the consumer to obtain the desired product, but it becomes difficult for them to pay in cash. Although accreditation is a compelling strategy in business, it carries several operational risks. Although it is true that granting credit to facilitate the acquisition of goods or services in commercial establishments is a strategy that benefits both the offeror in the process of attracting customers and the buyer in order to acquire a good or service, poor placement of the credit or management of the collection after it, could trigger a series of complications for both parties, making it necessary for the company that places and manages the credit to have sufficient competence for this process. The general objective of this work is to develop a financial management model that can reduce the default rate of the company La Ganga de la Parroquia Ricaurte. The research was carried out in the qualitative-quantitative modality, which will obtain a critical analysis of the evolution of the overdue portfolio where it will allow us to obtain the status of the overdue portfolio, to establish knowledge on the subject and interviews will be obtained to collect information about the expired portfolio in La Ganga stores in the Ricaurte parish. |
