| Özet: | In this research work we will try to analyze the consumption of information in digital environments of adolescents in the Barreiro parish of the Babahoyo canton, how they have changed the habits of information consumption in adolescents, thanks to the adoption of new technology and the easy access to social networks, which in recent years and months have become an essential tool not only to communicate, but also to keep in touch with friends and family and consume news and be able to be in classes. The new generations see in these platforms a common place to interact with others and to access content that meets their needs and interests and to be able to receive classes today and social media are present in the daily life of adolescents in the Barreiro parish of the Babahoyo Canton, are undoubtedly its natural space, since social networks are very useful for carrying out very diverse activities such as sharing your photos, hobbies or curious videos, as well as establishing conversations with your closest community and finding out about the news, for example, of the profiles that the digital media –both the online versions of the traditional and the native ones- have opened in these spaces, precisely to reach these audiences much more reluctant to read information in a conventional medium. In this context, mobile devices acquire a fundamental role, whose use is uncertain in adolescents. |
