| Summary: | This thesis is based on the management of partnerships and economic development of the entrepreneurs who provide home cleaning services in the city of Babahoyo. The absence of a partnership to provide home cleaning services in the city is an opportunity to manage a direct impact on the economic development of its members. This service provides potential customer confidence, in and out of the city, with the goal to be competitive. The main objective is to associate with a group of people who provide cleaning services individually, which are domiciled in the city of Muñoz Rubio city Babahoyo. Unemployment causes people to seek new forms of personal and professional development. Babahoyo is no exception as it has entrepreneurs who perform different activities in the categories as informal as ice cream vendors, shoe shiners and those providing cleaning services at home. Those who do not have financial, state or social support, which are crucial for economic growth, struggle to be competitive in the market. Entrepreneurs who are not associated with advertising do not need to be known by people who want this kind of service. Entrepreneurs who provide cleaning services in clients' homes partner activities with responsibility, trust and security which enhance social, economic and health aspects. In addition, they gain better socio-economic development by attracting new customer markets outside the city of Babahoyo and create jobs for those who want to be part of it. These jobs will train workers to provide better customer service and offer effective cleaning services with experience and commitment. |
