Achoimre:The study aims to identify the impact of emotional education on school conflicts in ninth grade students of the “Francisco Iñíguez Castro” Educational Institution in the Salitre canton. Basic research with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) will be incorporated to analyze both the statistical and descriptive aspects of the phenomenon. The research will be descriptive, in order to detail the characteristics of emotional education and its relationship with school conflicts. This study will not be experimental, since the variables will not be altered, but rather it will be observed how they occur naturally in the educational environment. The population is made up of ninth grade students and teachers of the institution during the 2024-2025 academic period, and the sample does not randomly include 39 students and 3 teachers. The main data collection techniques will be the survey and the interview. Two instruments will be used: a bank of 12 items for the survey directed to the students and a set of 6 open questions for the interviews with the teachers.
