Financial planning in companies helps them to elaborate in an integrated, organized and personalized way their proposed objectives so that each of them can be optimally fulfilled. By having a relevant internal control within the company, the management of human, technical and financial resources is improved, the latter being the most aggravating factor in the company. The objective of this case study is to analyze the financial ENTERPRISE DECOSIND SA PROCESS, applying the method of explanation and documentary under the sub line of research management accounting information, for which we resorted to the use of documents on websites, books , interviews to the accountant, scientific articles and pertinent laws, the same that were guides for the detection of the problems that are being raised, causing an unstable administrative and financial situation in the company. InfEn el presente estudio plantea un análisis del proceso financiero que lleva la empresa Decosind S.A., no solo para determinar la situación actual en la que se encuentra sino también porque nos sirve para conocer cuál será la evolución de la empresa en un futuro El proceso financiero es esencial para el manejo económico-financiero de una empresa cuyo fin es de mejorar y optimizar la empresa, este es uno de los procesos más eficaces para la subsistencia y crecimiento de la empresa, mediante el cumplimiento de las fases del proceso financiero los cuales son de planificación, ejecución y análisis y el control y toma de decisiones sobre el estados de la empresa. La planificación financiera en las empresas ayuda a que elaboren de manera integral, organizada y personalizada sus objetivos propuestos para que se pueda cumplir de manera óptima cada uno de ellos. Al llevar un control interno pertinente dentro de la empresa se mejora el manejo de los recursos humanos, técnicos y por ende financiero siendo el último el factor más agravante en la empresa.
