Impacto de la inseguridad social en los establecimientos turísticos de alimentos y bebidas del cantón Ventanas

This case study aims to answer the following research question: What is the social impact of tourist food and beverage establishments in the Cantón Ventanas?, where its general objective is to analyze the social impact of these tourist food establishments and drinks in Cantón Ventanas, through which we will know if visitors feel safe when visiting these establishments. The methodology used in this case study is the mixed research approach because qualitative and quantitative techniques were used, for which the survey technique was adapted, which was applied to the inhabitants of the Cantón Ventanas and the interview with the owners of these businesses. Once the information was collected, the main results of the survey applied in this case study were obtained, which shows that of the 25 people surveyed, the entire population considers that social security is important in establishments, for the well-being and the tranquility. Of citizens when visiting or consuming the service offered. On the other hand, through the interviews carried out with the different tourist food and beverage establishments, it can be observed that the number of tourists that attend these establishments has decreased due to the social insecurity currently experienced by the Ventanas canton.
