Análisis del proceso de seguimiento de solicitudes de los estudiantes de la FAFI, para la implementación de un gestor de procesos de negocio

In this work, the analysis of the process of monitoring student applications is carried out with the intention of automating the processes of student applications. Process management is the effective way to develop actions that satisfy the needs of users. With a process manager, it is intended to improve attention, participation, collaboration and communication between students and the authorities of the faculty, Finance Administration and Computerization, It is considered to minimize the time that participants require to access the data, personal and physical resources are optimized, errors are reduced, processes can be monitored and a solution can be provided where a bottleneck is generated, and increase the number of activities that are performed in parallel. For this reason, a process manager fully supports the life cycle of a business process (in the analysis, design, implementation and monitoring of each of the processes). BonitaSoft and Bizagi to select the most appropriate tool for the implementation of business processes of the applications of the students of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Cuenca: A brief analysis will also be carried out between two equal BPM tools.
