Zusammenfassung:The case presented has as its theme Teleworking and emotional state in a teacher of the PCEI Primero de Mayo Educational Unit of Caluma Canton, with the objective of determining how teleworking influences the emotional state through psychometric techniques and resources, the factors within teleworking that intervene in the emotional state of a teacher. In order to elaborate the hypothesis, methods such as the interview, the clinical history and two psychometric tests such as the Beck depression inventory and the Maslach inventory of burnout syndrome are used, concluding that the patient presents a high level of depressive symptomatology. in combination with work stress due to the change of virtual modality, which is difficult for him to handle. It is investigated in identifying the difficulty presented that characteristic of teleworking can be causing emotional instability, an approach is made with cognitive behavioral therapy, which allows identifying negative automatic thoughts in relation to the problem and a cognitive restructuring is carried out, together with with daily activities organizer which will allow you to keep an order of your routine in order to fulfill work, family and personal responsibilities.
