To carry out this study, a methodological approach is used to obtain information and interpret it to issue the results concerning the data acquired. Therefore, to comply with the collection of information, it is done by applying a survey to the members of the Cooperative and in turn the main factors related to satisfaction were determined through an EFI matrix. The use of these two techniques with their respective instruments allows a better explanation of the conclusions of the case and at the same time prepares the appropriate recommendations by what is stated in the synthesis of the work, to fully comply with the conditions and guidelines established for the preparation of the present work. |

The use of these two techniques with their respective instruments allows a better explanation of the conclusions of the case and at the same time prepares the appropriate recommendations by what is stated in the synthesis of the work, to fully comply with the conditions and guidelines established for the preparation of the present work.El presente estudio de caso titulado “Satisfacción del usuario de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Salitre Ltda., Agencia Vinces en el periodo 2022”, expone su principal objetivo enfocado en el análisis de la satisfacción de los usuarios con respecto a las principales problemáticas presentes en la Agencia y a su vez el estudio también se concentrará en entender cómo la calidad del servicio brindado impacta directamente en la variable que se está estudiando: la satisfacción del usuario. Para llevar a cabo este estudio se hace uso de un método de aproximación metodológica para así obtener información verás e interpretarla para emitir los resultados con respecto a los datos adquiridos. Por lo tanto, para cumplir con la recolección de la información se hace mediante la aplicación de una encuesta a los socios de la Cooperativa y a su vez se determinaron los principales factores relacionados a la satisfacción por medio de una matriz EFI.
