Gestión administrativa en la Liga Deportiva Cantonal de Balzar, periodo 2022.

The case study titled: Administrative Management in the Cantonal Sports League of Balzar, has the general objective of evaluating administrative management through an analysis of the planning process to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the institution, in which the causal method was applied. -root and techniques such as documentary analysis and SWOT matrix necessary to determine how to conclude: that the administrative management carried out by the institution was analyzed through a documentary analysis where several necessary aspects were identified that the sports technical sheets must entail to segment into age groups, identity document, physical condition, residence and observation of the athlete; The latent weaknesses are the lack of organization, non-existence of administrative management, training deficit, low support from private institutions, lack of planning, and non-existence of a website; Business administrative policies and guidelines that do not help to execute adequate decision making are: lack of policy and demonstration standards, non-compliance with activities, deficit in personnel evaluation, and poor formulation of clear and concrete objectives.
