To know the result of the question, the direct observation technique was applied and an interview was applied to the officials responsible for the activity of scheduling referrals in the first-level Units, it is evident that the activity is being carried out manually, generates difficulties such as the delay in assigning appointments, the person in charge of this task has to leave his / her position as I work during the time that the manual scheduling lasts, in addition to economic expenses since their transfer is carried out daily to carry out the manual scheduling in the second level. Bearing this in mind, it is feasible to contribute to guaranteeing the quality, continuity and comprehensiveness of care in the health establishments of the 12D01 district, by implementing the online scheduling of the reference subsystem to the second level of care. |

El agendamiento a nivel institucional es el sistema que contiene, ordenadamente un conjunto de temas, tareas o actividades para su realización en un periodo de tiempo determinado; a nivel Distrital la actividad de agendamiento de referencias se la realiza de manera física, esto quiere decir que las citas se guardan en cuadernos, formatos impresos y otras herramientas manuales que no van acorde a la evolución tecnológica, el objetivo del estudio de caso es implementar el agendamiento de citas de referencias de las unidades de salud de primer nivel a segundo nivel a través de un sistema informático on-line. Con este fin se plante la siguiente interrogante ¿Qué beneficios para los objetivos Institucionales proporciona el desarrollo de un sistema de agendamiento de referencia en línea?, para conocer el resultado a la interrogante se aplicó la técnica de observación directa y como instrumento una entrevista a los funcionarios responsables de la actividad de agendamiento de referencias en las Unidades de primer nivel, se evidencia que la actividad se está realizando de forma manual, genera dificultades como el retraso en la asignación de citas, el responsable de esta tarea tiene que abandonar su puesto de trabajo durante el tiempo que dure el agendamiento de forma manual, además de gastos económicos ya que su traslado lo realizan a diario para realizar el agendamiento manual en el segundo nivel.
