Violencia de género y su incidencia en la salud mental de una madre soltera de 21 años de edad del cantón Guaranda

The present case study was carried out with the objective of Identifying by means of Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques if gender violence affects the mental health of a 21-year-old single mother, The qualitative methodology used in this work is aimed at the Scientific investigation of variables such as: Gender violence and mental health which are exposed in this case study, also thanks to the implementation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, it was achieved that the proposed objective is met in its All this was done through a therapeutic plan which includes a Cognitive Restructuring procedure aimed at modifying those thoughts that the patient expressed during the psychological intervention, in this way it was possible for the patient to overcome her problem and improve her quality of life both personal as well as social.
