Sumario:This clinical case study deals with a pediatric patient, diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome, in which the different nursing interventions are detailed to improve the patient's prognosis from admission to referral. The development method of this work is based on the collection of data from the patient's clinical history, in addition to the follow-up of the clinical case in the different areas studied. In the same way, for the theoretical description, a bibliographic review of updated articles in the main web search engines is carried out. The main results obtained were that it is possible to apply the nursing care process to the aforementioned clinical case, managing to carry out the different interventions to obtain favorable results for the patient. The clinical case is an essential tool for learning, and seeks to be a source of bibliographic review for future work related to the subject.
