The study was carried out with a factorial design, the factors were the ship, the type of feeding (flour or pellets) and the lines, with 4 repetitions of each combination of the factors. The experimental unit consisted of 25 female animals with a density of 12 chickens / m². The barracks were randomly distributed in two ships with two repetitions of each combination of factors. Data were processed in the SPSS statistical package (version 23), simple variance analyzes with interactions and analysis of covariance were performed. The average weekly gain and weekly average accumulated gain presents allowable values for farms in the tropics with estimated averages ranging from 109.4 g to 145.5 g for week 1 and 376.9 g to 487.4 g in week 6 for the average weekly gain. The weekly cumulative average gain with ranges from 110.1 g to 135.5 g for the first week and 2035.4 g to 2086.1 g for the sixth week. La crianza se realizó en dos naves con ambiente no controlado con el objetivo de valorar el comportamiento de los indicadores pesos semanales, ganancia media semanal, ganancia media diaria y ganancia media acumulada semanal en condiciones de trópico. El estudio se realizó con un diseño factorial, los factores fueron la nave, el tipo de alimentación (harina o pellets) y las líneas, con 4 repeticiones de cada combinación de los factores. La unidad experimental estuvo conformada por 25 animales hembras con una densidad de 12 pollos/m². Los cuarteles fueron distribuidos aleatoriamente en dos naves con dos repeticiones de cada combinación de los factores. Los datos fueron procesados en el paquete estadístico SPSS (versión 23), se realizaron los análisis de varianza simple con interacciones y análisis de covarianza. La ganancia media semanal y ganancia media acumulada semanal presenta valores permisibles para explotaciones en el trópico con medias estimadas del rango de 109.4 g a 145,5 g para la semana 1 y 376.9 g a 487.4 g en la semana 6 para la ganancia media semanal. La ganancia media acumulada semanal con rangos de 110.1 g a 135.5 g para la primera semana y 2035.4 g a 2086.1 g para la sexta semana. Los valores de las tres variables son ligeramente inferiores a los planteados por los manuales de rendimiento productivo de las líneas en estudio.
