Тойм:In the clinical case presented below, the case of a 35-year-old ADULT WOMAN PATIENT who was taken by her daughter to the emergency room due to pain, burning, discomfort during urination and vaginal itching that has increased in frequency duration and intensity, for which is entered in the area of gynecology -obstetricia. Taking into account the condition of the patient and the history of arterial hypertension, the doctor orders their respective blood tests and urine tests to make a diagnosis and therefore a treatment. In the first place, the nurse is in charge of assessing the physical state of the patient in order to be able to issue a differential diagnosis, in this case there is deterioration of the urinary elimination R / C: urinary tract infection, for which a care plan is elaborated. Nursing based on the diagnosis of the patient to prevent complications and thus be able to stabilize the patient and be treated by the doctor to be able to follow up on the case. It is important to keep in mind that many times the urinary tract infection symptoms occur so you should be aware if a person has already presented urinary tract infections before to help and recommend a specialist who can make a diagnosis and prescribe a treatment adequate to prevent painful infections that can compromise the health and life of the patient.
