| Gaia: | The purpose of this thesis is to determine the accessibility in which the use of ICT is promoted to favor the teaching-learning process of students of the flexible education of La Unión Parish and who are included in the classroom; the research was carried out under the qualitative research approach, where instruments such as interviewing and observation of learners and educators were applied in order to determine how the use of ICTs can be favored and optimized, this study presents the results grouped by categories that arose during the investigation within a process of codification and constant comparison of the data establishing relationships and explanations that lead to answer the research question: How the use of ICTs favor the teaching-learning process of the students of the flexible education of the Educational Unit Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés ?. The results obtained showed that in the educational field is where the use of ICTs is strongest and that they favor the learners' learning process, and allow them to achieve the acquisition and strengthening of new learning in a meaningful way, ICTs play a role primordial giving the possibility to express themselves, communicate with others overcoming barriers, goals, challenges and, above all, respecting cultural diversity, with a more inclusive education and available to all human beings. |
