To carry out the analysis, the use of the bibliographic method was carried out, with which solid foundations were established through the review of important information to support the research, the analytical method was also used to interpret and analyze the information collected and serve as enrichment for the research, together with the inductive method that helped us to be able to give general conclusions from those analyzed. According to the analysis carried out, it was found that IoT devices constantly collect data about the user, including unauthorized data collection, generating privacy problems. This data is stored and processed by AIs that can organize an archetype of the user from your data and through this, be able to show you specific advertising, planned and directed especially according to your personality, generating deliberate manipulation, in addition to all this information collected can be used by other different companies for unknown purposes, violating the privacy of the user. |

This data is stored and processed by AIs that can organize an archetype of the user from your data and through this, be able to show you specific advertising, planned and directed especially according to your personality, generating deliberate manipulation, in addition to all this information collected can be used by other different companies for unknown purposes, violating the privacy of the user.El Internet de las cosas se ha convertido en una de las tecnólogas más proliferantes e impactantes en toda nuestra historia, con proyecciones de crecimiento asegurado, convirtiéndose en una parte integral de la vida cotidiana, con dispositivos que van desde el carro conectado a internet, hasta el refrigerador, la pulsera del pulso cardiaco, electrodomésticos, básicamente todas las cosas fabricadas en la actualidad, tiene acceso a internet y a la recopilación de datos del usuario, lo cual ha planteado preocupaciones significativas sobre la privacidad de los datos de los usuarios al utilizar esta tecnología, por tanto, en esta investigación se planteó como objetivo principal analizar los riesgos y la exposición de la privacidad de los datos del usuario en el contexto del Internet de las Cosas (IoT). Para efectuar el análisis se llevó a cabo el uso del método bibliográfico, con la cual se establecieron las bases sólidas mediante la revisión de información importante para para cimentar la investigación, también se ocupó el método analítico para interpretar y analizar la información recopilada y sirva de enriquecimiento para la investigación, junto al método inductivo que nos ayudó a poder dar conclusiones generales a partir de los analizado.
