And not only kidney damage is detected but also liver damage, which due to this damage liver enzymes rise. |

And not only kidney damage is detected but also liver damage, which due to this damage liver enzymes rise.El síndrome de Hellp es una complicación de la preeclampsia, la misma que se puede dar entre las semana 27 y 37 semanas de gestación, provocando daño hepático, renal y cerebral si no es diagnosticada y tratada a tiempo. Para su respectivo diagnóstico tenemos que realizar una buena historia clínica, luego realizarle los exámenes complementarios para así poder descartar o confirmar dicho diagnóstico. El síndrome de Hellp cuando causa daño a nivel renal este órgano ya no funciona correctamente por lo que la paciente deberá realizarse diálisis en caso muy extremo. Para poder saber si hay afectación renal se lo puede confirmar con exámenes de laboratorio debido que se van a encontrar creatinina en el flujo urinario.
