Sumario:This research work aims to demonstrate the report of interactive reading in the process of learning Social Studies in students of the Educational Unit "Darío C. Guevara" canton Babahoyo province Los Ríos, and detect that through interactive reading strategy didactic so that the child acquires a correct social development in the stage of early childhood education. In this sense, it is about preventing situations of discrimination and instilling a correct basis for teaching social studies. The proposal is to promote the acquisition of the necessary foundations for the personal and social training of the child through interactive reading together with the participation of the educational community. Regarding the work method, interviews were conducted with open questions to teachers of education to learn their opinion on the teaching potential of this teaching strategy. The interviewed participants are teachers with practical experience in the classroom. Regarding the results obtained, it should be noted that the researched teachers agree that interactive readings are a strategy to encourage reading, to work on emotional education, specifically the empathy of teaching social studies and promoting reading habits. Finally, it is concluded that interactive reading is a didactic strategy to promote a correct social development together with the educational community
