ESTUDIO DE SOFTWARE LIBRE PARA LA GESTIÓN COMERCIAL EN LA EMPRESA ESPECIALISTA DEL AGRO S.A.

Nowadays the use of free software is increasingly necessary to automate the management of commercial companies or organizations, since through them free software and open sources allow to efficiently improve the tasks and the handling of information by the which are more acceptable free software with open source, because they allow us to improve them according to the needs of the user, they are also multiplatform, that is, they are adaptable for any operating system. Through free software, the company does not need to link with the developers of the installable software and change its operational infrastructure of the company. Unlike software with free license in charge of the company in a fast and efficient way, and thus keep track of the copies owned by the company, since these software are used more and more in institutions with lead to generate costs for the installation of product licenses, and restructuring of the operating systems owned by the company; which generates discomfort and high costs when implementing these software generates a profit deficit to the company. Free and open source software are those that are traded without a license required for their operation and that allow the freedom to execute it, knowing the source code can be modified or improved and redistribute copies to other users. What differentiates them from the contexts set forth in the license regarding rights and duties of parties, suppliers and users under which it is distributed; of other platforms that differentiate from those that can not reproduce their copies, in the technological field there are platforms that require a cost for software acquisition.
