Tóm tắt:Within the Dos Hermanas Commercial located in Canton Baba; professional practices were conducted where it was possible to demonstrate a series of problems that exist within the commercial premises; which cause discomfort in both customers, workers and also in the owner. The objective of this case study is to analyze the lack of assertive communication that affects the behavior of the workers of the Dos Hermanas commercial located in the Baba Canton. This is the main problem that harms the presence of the store, since customers often observe the bad attitude between coworkers or between leader and workers. Another problem is that the incentives are not for all workers because they do not know the method that the leader uses when selecting the beneficiaries. In the present the methodology to be used will be descriptive research; since everything could be evidenced at the time of the practices within this place. This in order to collect information and thus obtain specific data in order to find possible solutions to these problems.
