In the present investigation, the actions of pharmaceutical Keyla S.A. are expressed. based on technological deployment through its NEPTUNO computer tool; the same one that is destined to the administration of all the business processes of the company with the objective of establishing the correct path towards a model of economic evolution in the area of the commercialization of medicines and other Health products and for this it is possible to expose a theoretical framework that embraces the proposed scenario for a modern vision based on a pragmatic and systemic thinking that manages to satisfy in the first instance the needs of the end user and other external clients through the different channels of communication or attention. Although it is true, there is evidence that the pharmaceutical company Keyla S.A. At present, it presents a series of drawbacks that lead to an erroneous analysis at the time of decision-making accompanied by the software; That is why a business model totally oriented to its development in the Internet cloud is applied with the best computer practices that allow to achieve better results in terms of speed of transactions, queries to and from the database, attention to users, validation and dispatch of medicines and medical supplies; and for the purpose of providing a strategy that is identified in each implemented process as well as in the achievements and goals obtained by all the operational personnel whose interaction is constant and direct with the tool.
