This study aimed to determine the influence of respiratory rehabilitation techniques in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated at the infectology hospital in the province of Guayas, first semester 2018; the research problem allowed to direct the study towards new strategies to complement the pharmacological treatment that the patients receive, considering the analysis of the field study, the sample was conformed by 80 patients, to whom the survey was applied to obtain relevant information and values percentage that contributed to the development of a respiratory rehabilitation techniques plan. This proposal specialized in presenting a series of exercises that manage to prevent the decline of biological functions in patients with COPD. |

This proposal specialized in presenting a series of exercises that manage to prevent the decline of biological functions in patients with COPD.El proyecto de investigación estuvo enfocado desde la terapia respiratoria como un conjunto de técnicas para el tratamiento de pacientes con enfermedad obstructiva crónica EPOC del Hospital de Infectologia, siendo una terapia muy efectiva para el control, recuperación y diminución de secuelas, sin tener efectos adversos y mejorar su estilo de vida. Este estudio se planteó el objetivo de determinar la influencia de las técnicas de rehabilitación respiratoria en pacientes con enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica atendidas en el hospital de infectologia de la provincia del guayas periodo primer semestre 2018; la problemática de investigación permitió direccionar el estudio hacia nuevas estrategias para complementar el tratamiento farmacológico que reciben los pacientes, considerando el análisis del estudio de campo, la muestra fue conformada por 80 pacientes, a quienes se les aplicó la encuesta para obtener información relevante y valores porcentuales que contribuyeron a la elaboración de un plan de técnicas de rehabilitación respiratoria.
