要約:The current case study was carried out in the commercial "León" of the Simón Bolívar Canton that shows the endless questions that said commercial seeks. The central theme is that sales levels have decreased due to the absence of advertising techniques, the decrease of the space that the writing material has, the absence of advances and limits, and procedures that achieve the client's reliability. The objective is to analyze the reasons why sales levels have decreased in order to make a careful examination of each of the variables that lead to sales. To collect the data used for this situation study, the interview method applied to the owner of the stationery store and the surveys applied to their representatives and clients were used. The results obtained show the absence of special exhibition methodologies, the little progress in its procedures, the absence of a framework of actions, unmotivated workforce, among others.
