This was done by using nursing actions to prepare a patient care plan, and the dialogue that will be made not only to the patient but also to the family members, so that they can have knowledge of this pathology. Through the implementation of new strategies, we hope that patients not only feel good about themselves, but also about the care they provide and the care that is applied to them. This clinical case is carried out real data of a patient with acute lymphocytic leukemia, where we will implement the complementary examinations, we will assess the state of health every day with pharmacological treatments prescribed by the specialist doctor. This clinical case serves to have new strategies on how to improve the patient's health status, through nursing care that will be implanted in a patient with acute lymphocytic leukemia. Acute lymphocytic leukemia are abnormal white blood cells that participate in the body's immune system and occur in the bone marrow found in the larger bones of the human body, this condition must be treated with nursing care, and to carry out this clinical case we have to investigate very well the causes and symptoms, that is to say, to carry out a deeper investigation about this disease |
