The application of the nursing care process allows us to provide the necessary nursing care to the patient for which cephalocaudal evaluation is performed, by Marjory Gordon functional patterns and laboratory tests: complete blood count, blood chemistry, PCR electrolytes; Imaging examinations: AP chest X-ray, he is admitted to pediatric hospitalization, nursing care is provided, peripheral intravenous cannulation is performed, administration of medications according to medical prescription, control and registration of vital signs, oxygen therapy by nasal cannula and other interventions with the aim of recovering the patient's health. |
