Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | The present study tries to analyze the requirements that police officers have to register citizen collaboration through the use of a mobile application, since they present a series of problems regarding the preparation of reports and police reports during their working day that have sometimes caused administrative and judicial problems by not having an information backup, therefore the objective of the investigation is to analyze the needs of the Ecuadorian National Police in terms of having a mobile system that is an essential instrument in the execution of tasks performed by its staff. The investigation methodology used to collect the pertinent information was the technique of surveys of a certain group of police officers and the DoRCU methodology to analyze the functional or non-functional requirements that the mobile system would have, the results of the investigation show that there is technical feasibility , operational and economic for the possible creation of a mobile system, it is worth mentioning that the purpose of this research work is only to analyze the needs of the organization regarding a mobile application, but not its implementation or creation. |
