The corporate image is not only a visual identity that is presented to the audience, it is the perception that the public has about the company, it makes it easier for the person to identify themselves and to recognize the company with simple words or images, identifying with the company and creating emotional bonds, especially the security that the company gives to each of its clients The Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Quevedo Canton has a Public Relations Department where those in charge are at the forefront of creating effective links with Quevedeña citizens, creating the necessary trust and offering effective communication services to the community; To know if the work carried out by the Public Relations department in relation to the Corporate Image and communication is effective and reliable, surveys will be carried out where we will appreciate the perception of the audience who will be the Quevedeña population and it will be possible to observe how and where it should be carried out changes in strategic communication by the Municipal GAD in order to carry out efficient and reliable work.
