En el cual se estableció como metodología del estudio el análisis del caso donde se determinaron los antecedentes patológicos personales y familiares, teniendo en consideración el motivo de consulta y otros procesos relevantes para el desarrollo de este caso. En cuanto a los resultados que se obtuvieron, se realizó el seguimiento de la paciente con el control de la adherencia al tratamiento medicamentoso prescrito por el médico, evaluando los cambios de humor, efectos adversos, la monitorización de los avances en el cambio de conducta y estado de ánimo de la paciente lo cual fue planteado como intervención de enfermería.
