A meal plan is made considering the caloric needs of the patient, the diet will be hypocaloric with characteristics, hyposodic, low in saturated fat, high in fiber, and will be divided into 4 meals a day; This is a diet that is based on frequent consumption of fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates, dairy and skim derivatives, lean meats without fat, preferably chicken and fish, plus physical activity will improve your blood pressure levels and lipid profile of the patient. By monitoring and monitoring, improvements are observed in the patient, their biochemical tests vary in a positive way to their health condition, their lipid profile decreased although they are still elevated more than normal.
