Gestión administrativa del Centro Deportivo Boyka Fitness

The purpose of the case study is to have knowledge of what are the shortcomings of the administrative area of the "boyka Fitnes Gym" sports center. This company is purely sports and according to information extracted from interviews and surveys, the management that it has had throughout its beginnings has not been the most reciprocated. Producing complaints from users, this is causing nonconformity and complaints about the service offered by the company, thus highlighting the poor organization that is carried out by the administrative area, taking into account that the high customer acquisition is what benefits the development of the organization since they represent the fundamental income for any company in development
