It was determined that in the Clementina farm, within the necessary elements of the circuit, it is implemented in it, starting from a route (entry - exit) in addition to aspects of general reviews of basic services such as: energy, drinking water, telephone signal and internet deficient, to satisfy the different needs of tourists when they visit the sector. These factors do not allow the tourist development of the Clementina farm. As items, the sector and the owners must be associated, to potentiate and strengthen the tourist demand through training of guides (natives - professionals), and adapt the tourist resources to carry out an Agrotourism circuit |

Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se utilizó la metodología de campo para conocer y examinar los recursos naturales y los alrededores de la hacienda, también se descubrió las causas que no permiten el desarrollo turístico para implementar un circuito en los paisajes naturales de la hacienda. Se determinó que en la hacienda Clementina dentro de los elementos necesarios del circuito se implemente en ella, parte de una ruta (entrada – salida) además de aspectos de revisiones generales de los servicios básicos como son: energía, agua potable, señal telefónica e internet deficientes, para satisfacer las diferentes necesidades de los turistas en el momento que la visiten el sector. Estos factores no permiten el desarrollo turístico de la hacienda Clementina.
