Shrnutí:Severe Cranioencephalic Trauma is a variation of brain function caused by an external origin. The main cause of this pathology are the accidents of transits, with a high mortality. The fundamental action before a patient with Severe head Trauma is a predetermining factor in the survival and reduction of problems to the subject, therefore, the nursing care is necessary and indispensable to achieve a good comprehensive attention to the patient and to diminish the risks and consequences. The main objective of this research is to apply the Nursing Care Processes in a 34-year-old male patient, in order to obtain patient information through subjective and objective data that will allow us to know the causes and consequences of this Traumatism. to determine the complications that patients with Trauma have, and then analyze the patient's results. In this investigation a follow-up was carried out that lasted five weeks where the recovery process could be verified being the favorable result, likewise the correct observations were made by means of an interview to the relatives (mother, sisters and wife where information necessary for The clinical history, at the end of this investigation, it is concluded that the causes of traffic accidents are close to 45% of Severe Traumatic Brain Injuries
